This prestigious recognition is awarded to senior living operators whose communities demonstrate exceptional performance through verified resident and family reviews. To earn the Provider designation, the majority of an organization’s communities must receive Best of Senior Living recognition, reflecting consistently high satisfaction and service standards across the portfolio.

Best of Senior Living awards are based on direct feedback from residents and families and require:
- A high volume of verified reviews
- Consistently strong resident and family engagement
- Exceptional average review scores
Communities named Best of Senior Living must maintain a 9.5 or higher average review score along with a substantial number of reviews.
Communities named Best of Senior Living All-Star must achieve an even higher standard, earning a 9.7 or greater average review score along with an outstanding volume of reviews.
These criteria reflect both quality and consistency, reinforcing a commitment to excellence in resident experience.
