Leaders Gather February 3–5 to Celebrate Excellence and Set the Standard for the Year Ahead
True Connection Communities proudly hosted its 2026 Annual Conference from February 3–5 in beautiful St. Pete Beach, Florida. The three-day event brought together leaders from across the organization for a dynamic experience centered on connection, collaboration, innovation, and growth.
Each year, the Annual Conference serves as an opportunity to align around our mission, strengthen relationships, and reaffirm our commitment to being Best in Class in everything we do. Throughout the conference, attendees engaged in strategy sessions, leadership discussions, and collaborative workshops designed to sharpen skills, elevate performance, and inspire new ideas.
