Our Story
Chesapeake Bay began with the idea to build a 55+ active adult community where the relaxed pace of the Texas Gulf Coast meets genuine convenience. Seabrook was the natural choice, close enough to Houston and Galveston to make both an easy drive, but far enough from either to feel like its own place.
What started as a plan for maintenance-free coastal living has grown into one of the more recognizable active adult communities with clubhouses in the region. With two separate clubhouses, Chesapeake Bay is large enough for something to always be happening while still feeling personal.
